Folk medicine recommends the use of pine tips for inflammation of the respiratory tract, coughing, chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma.
Pine tips are also used for inflammation of the urinary tract, gall bladder and kidney stones.
External use is recommended for rheumatism and skin rashes.

How to use
There are different ways of preparing and using Pine tips.
In case of acute catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, inhalations are made, placing 20g in 250 ml. boiling water.
For rheumatism and skin diseases, baths are made with a decoction of 500g of the herb, boiled for 30 minutes with 5 liters of water and added to the bath water.
For internal use:
- Prepare a decoction of 100 g of pine tips and 2.5 liters of water;
- Boil until about 0.5 l of water remains;
- The cooled and strained decoction is sweetened if desired with honey and drunk in 150 ml. increments 3 times a day.
