Mint acts as an antiseptic and pain reliever in inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract such as bronchitis and asthma. Improves oral health as it is a natural antimicrobial agent.
Due to the sedative properties of the herb, it is also recommended for:
- Fainting;
- Insomnia;
- Headache;
- Melancholy;
- Epilepsy.

How to use
- Boil 2 tsp. Mint in 200 ml. boiling water and let the decoction sit for 20 minutes;
- Strain and consume within 1 day.
Contraindications:
Mint should not be consumed by infants and small children up to 2 years of age, because the menthol contained in the herb can cause respiratory disturbances ( glottic - or laryngospasm ).
As a precautionary measure, it is not recommended for use in children under 4 years of age.
