According to folk medicine, Rosemary has stimulating-digestive, general-strengthening and diuretic properties, which is why it is used for inflammation and congestion of the bile ducts, gastrointestinal disorders ( especially bloody diarrhea ), exhaustion and fatigue.

How to use
- Boil 2 tsp. Rosemary in 250 ml. boiling water;
- The decoction should be left to cool, filtered and consumed within 1 day;
- It can be used for gargles and compresses.
Rosemary can also be applied in the form of an alcohol extract for external use ( spread ) for painful joints and rheumatism.
Contraindications:
It should not be taken by pregnant women. In case of kidney diseases, the use of the herb should be discussed with a doctor.
