What does Rosemary Camphor Essential oil help with?
Rosemary ( Rosmarinus officinalis ) is an evergreen Mediterranean plant with thin needle-like leaves and a characteristic fresh, slightly camphoraceous aroma. The “camphor chemotype” variety contains higher levels of camphor, a compound that has pronounced antiseptic and warming properties.
In traditional skin and hair care, rosemary has been used to stimulate, purify and strengthen.
Rosemary Camphor Essential oil is extracted by steam distillation of the leaves of the plant and can be used as a:
- Toner for oily and problematic skin - Regulates sebum and cleanses pores, thanks to its antiseptic properties;
- Additive to a hair mask against hair loss and dandruff - Stimulates blood circulation in the scalp, enhances hair growth and has an antifungal effect;
- Lotion for tired legs or heaviness in the limbs - Improves circulation and cools the feeling of tension;
- Serum for problematic skin with acne and inflammation - Soothes redness and helps the skin repair itself.
