What does Sweet Orange Essential oil help with?

Sweet Orange ( Citrus sinensis ) is a well-known citrus fruit with a refreshing taste and aroma. It contains natural compounds with cleansing, brightening and soothing properties, especially valued in skin care.

Sweet Orange Essential oil is obtained by cold pressing the peel of the fruit and can be used as a:

• Serum for skin brightening and even skin tone - The oil stimulates cell renewal, gives shine and freshness to the skin;
• Toner for oily and acne-prone skin - Regulates sebum production and has antibacterial effects;
• Nourishing body lotion with anti-cellulite effect - Stimulates blood circulation and tightens the skin.

How do i use Sweet Orange Essential oil?

1. As a serum for skin brightening and even skin tone

1. Mix 2 drops of sweet orange essential oil with 1 tsp of carrier oil ( e.g. jojoba or sweet almond );
2. Apply to a well-cleansed face in the evening, avoiding the eye area;
3. Avoid sun exposure for at least 12 hours after use.

2. As a toner for oily and acne-prone skin

1. In 100 ml of floral water ( e.g. witch hazel ) add 5 drops of sweet orange essential oil;
2. Shake the vial well before each use;
3. Apply with a cotton pad in the morning and evening on clean skin.

3. As a nourishing body lotion with anti-cellulite effect

1. In 100 ml of neutral lotion, add 10 drops of sweet orange essential oil;
2. Mix well until the oil is evenly distributed;
3. Apply daily with massage movements to areas with cellulite.

Precautions:

1. Use one drop of the essential oil and rub it into the inner part of your forearm;
2. Wait 15 minutes;
3. If redness, skin irritation, or any allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Important: May make skin more sensitive to the sun ( phototoxicity ), so sun exposure is not recommended after use.
