What does Juniper essential oil help with?

Juniper Essential Oil (Juniperus communis) is a 100% natural product obtained by steam distillation of the berries. Known for its purifying and balancing effects, it is a valued ingredient in skin and hair care.

Juniper essential oil can be used as a:

• Tonic for oily and problematic skin - Balances oiliness and helps with acne;
• Compresses for irritated skin - Soothes redness and promotes recovery;
• Scalp lotion against dandruff and oiliness - Improves microcirculation, reduces sebum and refreshes the scalp;
• Massage mixture for skin detox - Stimulates blood circulation and smoothes the skin.

How do I use Juniper essential oil?

1. As a toner for oily and problematic skin

1. Mix 2 drops of juniper essential oil with 1 tsp. carrier oil (jojoba or grapeseed);
2. Apply to problem areas in the evening;
3. Repeat 3-4 times a week.

2. As compresses for irritated skin

1. Add 3-4 drops of oil to a bowl of warm water;
2. Soak a clean cloth and wring it out gently;
3. Apply to the reddened area for 10-15 minutes.

3. As a scalp lotion against dandruff and oiliness

1. Add 5-6 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of shampoo;
2. Shake well to mix evenly;
3. Use every time you wash your hair.

4. As a massage mixture for skin detox

1. Mix 5 drops of juniper essential oil with 20 ml of carrier oil;
2. Apply with massage movements to the skin of the body;
3. Repeat 2-3 times a week for toning and smoothing.
