Cinnamon Essential oil ( Cinnamomum zeylanicum ) is extracted from the bark of the cinnamon tree and is distinguished by its warm, sweet and spicy aroma. It is rich in antioxidants and has strong antiseptic and stimulating effects, making it valuable in skin and hair care.

 

Cinnamon Essential oil can be used as a:

 

  • Hair growth stimulating serum - Stimulates blood circulation in the scalp and strengthens hair follicles;
  • Oil for pimples and inflammation - The antimicrobial action helps to limit bacteria and quickly soothe the inflamed area;
  • Mask for radiant skin - Stimulates blood circulation and gives a healthy glow to the face;

How do i use Cinnamon Essential oil?

 

1. As a serum to stimulate hair growth

 

As a serum to stimulate hair growth

 

  1. Mix 2 drops of cinnamon essential oil with 1 tbsp. carrier oil ( e.g. castor or coconut );
  2. Apply to your scalp with massage movements;
  3. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and wash with a mild shampoo.

 

2. As an oil for pimples and inflammations

 

As an oil for pimples and inflammations

 

  1. Mix 1 drop of cinnamon oil with 1 tsp of carrier oil ( jojoba or almond );
  2. Dip a cotton swab in the mixture;
  3. Apply directly to the pimple once a day, in the evening.

  1. Mix 1 tbsp. honey with 1 drop of cinnamon essential oil;
  2. Apply evenly to your face, avoiding the eye area;
  3. Wait 5-7 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

  1. Mix 3 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 drops cinnamon oil;

  1. In a bottle, mix 5 drops of cinnamon oil, 10 ml of almond oil and 10 ml of wheat germ massage oil;
  2. Apply to problem areas with massaging, warming movements;
  3. Massage for 5-7 minutes, then let the cream act for another 10 minutes and wipe off the excess.
