What does Wild Mint Essential oil help with?

Wild Mint ( Mentha arvensis ) is an aromatic herb with characteristic mossy leaves and a refreshing minty aroma. Grown in India, it has been used for centuries in herbal medicine for its rich content of menthol - a substance with cooling, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects.

Wild Mint Essential oil is extracted from the leaves of the plant and can be used as a:

  • Tonic for oily and problematic skin - The oil shrinks pores, regulates oiliness and limits the development of bacteria;
  • Additive to a scalp mask against dandruff and oiliness - Soothes itching, refreshes and reduces the fungi responsible for dandruff;
  • Cooling gel for legs and tired areas - Refreshes, reduces swelling and stimulates blood circulation;
  • Antiseptic lotion for problem areas - Suitable for topical treatment of pimples, bites or minor irritations.
